World's Strongest Boy - Review
By Marc McEvoy
Sydney Morning Herald November 22, 2004
World's Strongest Boy, Ten, 7.30pm
This American documentary appears to be about an extraordinary kid, but it's
really about a boy robbed of his childhood by abusive adults. Even if the claims
of steroid use are untrue, the unnatural physique of Richard Sandrak will make
you wonder. His father, a fitness fanatic, made him do 2000 push-ups a day,
forced him to live on a diet of liquid supplements and denied him toys.
Dubbed "Little Hercules", Richard made a lot of dough for his dad, but listen to
him talk and you know this kid never spent time with children his own age. It's
a sad tale, despite little Richard's amazing "eight-pack".

By Kids For Kids
Co., announced today that they have signed Richard
Sandrak, for exclusive representation for the first
ever innovative workout line of equipment for kids.
At
age Eight, Sandrak became a fitness celebrity and an
international star known as Little Hercules, the
world’s strongest boy. He is America’s youngest role
model for health and fitness, inspiring children and
adults worldwide with his dedication to fitness.
Sandrak also has his first starring role in the movie
“The Amazon Kid”, which will be shooting this summer.
Formerly, he endorsed a line of his own vitamin
products, and will soon release a workout DVD for kids
called “The Little Hercules Workout”.
Now, with By
Kids For Kids, Sandrak will design and develop the
first innovative workout line of equipment for tweens
and teens. “I feel that having a workout line is very
important because one out of five American kids has a
problem with being overweight. I want to help teach
them that they can be healthy and happy too. I’m also
looking forward to designing equipment for kids that
is safe, fun, and easy to use. It’s cool because By
Kids For Kids is the number one company in America
that helps kids bring their inventions to the
marketplace,” says Sandrak.
Richard Sandrak is the youngest world-renowned fitness
celebrity; By Kids For Kids founder Norm Goldstein is
thrilled to be in partnership with America’s best-fit
tween. “We’re excited about Richard’s development of
the exclusive innovative fitness line for kids to
motivate them in the direction of wellness and
health.”
Although Sandrak is only twelve, he is already a pro
with the media. In the last month alone, he has made
special appearances on Dr. Phil, Good Morning America,
20/20, and today, March 14, 2005, he will be a special
guest on Fox’s News Channel’s Morning show Fox &
Friends airing at 6am-9am in most of the nation.
