2 2 - 0 1 - 2 0 0 5 HECTOR GARZA UPDATE: TNA STAR TO BE DEPORTED

TNA star Hector Garza is expected to be deported from Houston, Texas and transported back to Mexico shortly according to El Norte in Mexico. Garza, currently free but under supervision in Texas, is waiting to be informed that he will be sent back. There is no set time period as to when he will be returned to his home country.
Garza is attempting to settle his legal issues stemming from his arrest for possession of a controlled substance on 1/3. If he is unable to succesfully appeal the deportation within the next 30 days, he'll be barred from entering the United States legally for the next decade.
Garza was arrested 1/3 in Houston, Texas on charges of possession of a controlled substance, which turned out to be anabolic steroids Primobolan and Deca-Durabolin. He was pulled from his scheduled TNA PPV match at Final Resolution in Orlando, Florida against Scott Hall, and replaced with Jeff Hardy.
