recovered on May 9.
Shoukri is awaiting trial on money-laundering, extortion and blackmail

testosterone. They also seized more than a dozen unused syringes and needles."

"The owner of a Merrillville gymnasium is to be sentenced Aug. 10 for his recent guilty plea to
charges of providing steroids to a local man.
The U.S. attorney's office charged Dennis Finnearty, owner of Flex Gymnasium, with two felony
counts of distributing a small amount of anabolic steroids in 2003. The charges carry a maximum
penalty of five years in prison on each count.
Finnearty signed an agreement in which he agreed to plead guilty to both counts and the U.S.
attorney's office will recommend he receive the minimum sentence, which could be probation.
Finnearty said last month he obtained and provided a small amount of the illicit drug on behalf
of an unidentified man who had previously worked for him and became an informant for federal
investigators."

Maar nu meldt de Amerikaanse Postal Service dat een zending anabolen uit dat land heeft onderschept.
Die was bedoeld voor een man 31. Bij hem thuis vonden agenten - uiteraard na een gecontroleerde
levering - 311 steroid tablets, 20 ampules and 19 vials.

Cold case team: dood vrouw bodybuilder/agent was verdacht (DenverChannel.com)
In 1985 huurde Donna Yaklich twee jongens in om haar man, de bodybuilder en politie-agent Dennis Yaklich,
te laten vermoorden.
Ze verdween daarvoor achter tralies. Tijdens haar rechtszaak zei ze dat ze geen keus
had, en dat de door anabolen verblinde Dennis haar zou ombrengen. Hij had in de jaren zeventig zijn toenmalige
echtgenote ook al doodgeslagen.
Een cold case team heeft het onderzoek naar die dood heropend.
De uitkomsten lijken Donna Yaklichs verdenkingen te bevestigen.
